Mytel’s IP PBX product, EXS7 is available in a range of configurations to suit most user requirements and network architectures. Before EXS7 systems are shipped they are pre-built to customer requirements using enterprise grade components. Onsite installation is typically completed by a Mytel certified Channel Partner or, where present, an in-house technical team.
Post installation ongoing system management is typically completed by the customer or the channel partner using the easy to manage user EXS7 configuration.
Users can easily add new extensions, configure phones and add or remove extensions from call groups.

Features
Interoperability - Operates on open standards platform using industry standard SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and a large range of non-licensed codecs. This provides the user with a large range of handset and device options without expensive licensing requirements.
Hardware Platform Choices - The choice of system hardware is tailored to current and expected user requirements. There's no need to pay for capacity you'll never need. If your anticipated call load is under 10 simultaneous calls an economically priced PC based server will be sufficient for your needs.
Connectivity Options - Connect the IP PBX directly to your existing ISDN or PSTN services using a range of certified TDM hardware and retain some or all of your existing standard telephone contact numbers. As a standard PSTN call arrives to your premises Mytel's IP PBX converts the call to IP and allows you to transfer etc across your LAN, WAN or off-site via broadband internet. Outbound calls are sent via IP using your choice of voice service provider. In case of ISP outage your telephone system connectivity is maintained using failover to PSTN.
Greater Functionality - Traditional digital or hybrid telephone systems require the purchase of expensive additional software or hardware to obtain features such as voicemail, auto attendant and receptionist's softswitch. With a Mytel IP PBX you get all these as standard and much more.
