Mobile Advantage
Add Mytel's Mobile Advantage option to your account and reduce your Mobile Call Charges to 14c per minute.

If your business is spending $50 or more per month with Mytel you may want to add Mytel's Mobile Advantage Option to your account. Once you add the option to your account your mobile calls will be charged at the rate of 14c per minute with a flagfall of 14c per call. The only requirement is that you maintain the minimum monthly spend on calls of $50 per extension where the Mobile Advantage Option has been selected.
To enable the Mobile Advantage Option on an existing extension, please email your request to accounts@mytel.net.au.
* The Mobile Advantage Option is only available on IP Office or PBX Connect extensions. Mytel reserves the right to terminate and/or amend the Mobile Advantage Option at any time. CLI Presentation is available under the Mobile Advantage Option - however when these options are taken together Mytel does not guarentee the tranmission of CLI information on calls to mobiles. All charges include GST and are billed per minute. Minimum call spend is calculated on an extension by extension basis, and not on the spend across several extensions on the same account. Activating the Mobile Advantage Option on an existing extension is considered a plan change, and as such can be done at the end of your extension's billing cycle (at no penalty), or immediately (where you do not receive a pro rata refunded for your prepaid monthly access fee). Should the $50 monthly minimum spend not be reached, your account will be charged a fee that represents the difference between your call spend for the month for that extension and the $50 minimum call spend.
