Outbound CLI Presentation (CLIP)

Send your Mytel In-Dial Number when you call out!

If you are on one of Mytel's business grade plans, you can now elect to present one of your In-Dial Numbers (a Mytel traditional telephone number) as your outbound Caller ID. This feature, called Caller ID Presentation or 'CLIP' for short, will allow the person you are calling to identify you before they accept the call.

To enable CLIP on your account, please email your request to accounts@mytel.net.au.

* CLIP costs an extra $3.95 per month per IP Office VoIP Extension it is enabled on, or an additional $15 per month if you have a Hosted PBX. If you are on a PBX Connect plan, CLIP costs an extra $15 per month per PBX Connect Extension. Activating CLIP is considered a plan change, and as such can be done at the end of your extension's billing cycle (at no penalty), or immediately (where you do not receive a pro rata refund for your prepaid monthly access fee).
