Would you like to get that little warning of who's calling - same as your mobile phone?

How should you answer the call, friendly or business like? Do you want to take the call? Who is it? Caller ID is the answer.

Caller ID shows you the number of the incoming caller (unless they have that display option blocked on their phone). To obtain this info you'll need a handset with a digital display similar to many of the cordless phones sold by most large electronics retailers.
