Call Waiting

Take control of your telephone with call waiting!

If you're on the phone when a second call comes in, your second caller will hear ringing and wait for you to answer. If you want to grab the call simply place the first caller on hold and grab the second call.

How does it work? When you're on the phone and you hear a special tone, indicating a second call, you simply press the Flash/Hold button or Switch Hook to place the first caller on hold and then answer the second call. When you've finished talking to the second caller press the Flash/Hold or Switch Hook button again and you're connected back to the original caller.
