With call forward busy when you're on the phone the call is automatically sent to another phone. Set up your device to forward calls to another Mytel, landline or mobile phone. This is ideal for those callers who don't want to miss an incoming call due.

Calls answered by phones outside of the Mytel network are outbound calls and will be billed as if you were making a call to that phone. Simply login to you member area and go to the "Call Forwarding" to configure your service.
